Four Nigerian navy personnel were killed when their helicopter crashed on Tuesday in Rivers state in southern Nigeria, reports the Daily Champion (Lagos).
The helicopter was traveling from Port Harcourt to Warri in Delta state when it went down in Isiokpo, officials said.
The aircraft was investigating reports of oil-stealing when it crashed in a swamp, reported Afrique En Ligne.
The deceased personnel included three officers and an enlisted sailor.
