At least 30 people have been killed after unknown militants detonated a vehicle loaded with explosives in Pul-e-Alam, the capital of the eastern Logar province, reports the Khaama Press (Afghanistan).
The attack on Friday evening targeted a guest house, a building generally provided for free by the government for the poor, travelers or students, reported Al Jazeera (Qatar).
