An Egyptian court has sentenced two Israelis in absentia to life in prison for alleged spying on behalf of Israel, Reuters reports.
The Egyptian owner of an import-export firm, who was arrested in August, was also given a life sentence by the emergency state security court on Thursday.
The businessman was convicted of selling information about Egyptians working in telecoms companies who could be recruited to spy in Egypt, Syria and Lebanon. He was said to have been paid...
