The three female Army officers participating in Ranger School have passed the first phase of the infantry course and will advance to the "Mountain Phase," reports Military.com.
One female major and two first lieutenants were scheduled to join 158 male students at Camp Merrill, Ga., on July 11 for 20 days of intensive platoon training and operations in the Chattahoochee National Forest, according to a release from Fort Benning, Ga.
