3 Dozen Coast Guards Gather In Tokyo For Global Summit

Representatives of more than 30 coast guards recently met in Tokyo to discuss a wide variety of issues, reports the Japan Times.
The Coast Guard Global Summit, hosted by the Japan Coast Guard and Tokyo-based Nippon Foundation on Sept. 14, was the first event of its kind, according to Japanese officials.
