Three leaders of the Boko Haram Islamist sect in Nigeria have been added to the U.S. State Dept.'s foreign terrorist list, reports Leadership (Abuja).
Abubakar Shekau, Abubakar Adam Kambar, and Khalid al-Barnawi were dexcribed as kingpins of the group. The move blocks property interests subject to U.S. jurisdiction and prohibits U.S. persons from engaging in transactions with them.
Shekau is the "most visible" leader of the sect, while the other two have ties to Boko Haram...
