2nd Courtroom Being Built At Guantanamo

The Defense Dept. is building a second courtroom at the U.S. naval base in Guantanamo Bay, reports the New York Times.
Plans call for the new room to be operational in 2023, allowing two military judges to hold simultaneous proceedings.
The new courtroom will be smaller than the existing one and is expected to cost around $4 million to complete.
