23 Civilians Killed In Rocket Attack On Market In Helmand Province

At least 23 civilians have been killed in a rocket attack on a cattle market in Afghanistan's southern Helmand province, reports the Tolo News (Kabul).

On Monday, four rockets struck during a festival at the market in the Sangin district, said the provincial governor’s office.
