A major cyber attack in the republic of Georgia shut down thousands of websites and two television channels, reports BBC News.
On Monday, more than 2,000 websites and the Imedi and Maestro television stations were affected by cyber attacks, reported Georgia Today.
Some 15,000 web pages, including the presidential website, non-government organizations and private firms, were hit in the attack.
