2 Maltese Patrol Boats Launched In Australia

Australian shipbuilder Austal has launched the first two of four Maltese patrol boats at its facilities in Western Australia.
Malta's other two vessels are scheduled to be launched in the near future, with all four slated for delivery in November.
Ordered in February, the aluminum ships are intended for surveillance and border protection operations in Malta's coastal waters.
