The Indian government has announced that two Indian professors in Libya have been rescued after being held captive for more than a year, reports the Hindu.
T. Gopalakrishna and C. Balaram Kishan were teaching at the University of Sirte when they were abducted by ISIS terrorists on July 29, 2015, while they were traveling to the Tripoli airport to return to India.
