2 Detained Iranians Freed

Iraq has released two Iranians detained years ago by U.S. forces in Iraq, CNN reports.

Ahmed Barazandeh was arrested in March 2004 in the Iraqi city of Samarra after being separated from his group during a religious pilgrimage.

The second man, variously identified as Abdullah Maleki or Ali Abdulmalek, was arrested in November 2007 because he was not carrying a passport.
