Two people have been killed in an explosion in the Mpigi district outside Kampala, the Ugandan capital, reports the Daily Monitor (Kampala).
On Monday, a bomb detonated on a bus traveling on the Kampala-Masaka highway.
One of the fatalities was a 23-year-old male that police said was the bomber.
He was accompanied by another suspect who disembarked prior to the blast, authorities said.
A police spokesman said that investigators had identified what they believed to be ball bearings...
