Lebanon's army says it recently foiled an terror cell plotting an attack, reports the Daily Star (Lebanon).
The army's intelligence directorate arrested 19 people belonging to an ISIS-linked cell, said an army statement on Friday.
The cell was headed by an Egyptian national named Fadi Ibrahim Ahmad, also known as Abo Khatab. He is hiding inside the Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp in southern Lebanon, said the statement.
