At least 14 people have been killed in a militant attack on a church in eastern Burkina Faso, reports the Washington Post.
On Sunday, unidentified gunmen on motorbikes opened fire on parishioners in Hantoukoura.
Security forces have begun hunting down the assailants, said officials cited by Agence France-Presse.
There were no immediate claims of responsibility. Groups linked to ISIS and Al-Qaida, including JNIM, are often credited with such attacks.
