The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for one of the deadliest attacks in Iraq in recent years against civilians.
A car bomb on Friday evening near Baghdad killed at least 130 people, reports the Voice of America News.
A suicide bomber detonated explosives hidden inside an ice truck in a shopping district of Khan Bani Saad in Diyala province.
The driver had announced he was selling ice at a discount, drawing hundreds to his truck, reported CNN.
