At least 13 people have been reported killed in violence following presidential elections in Guinea on Sunday, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar).
Eight civilians and two police officers were killed in clashes in the capital, Conakry, between security forces and opposition supporters following Sunday's election, the Guinean Security Ministry announced on Wednesday.
