At least 12 people have been killed in a military aircraft crash in central Burma, reports the Irrawaddy (Burma). On Thursday, the plane crashed while landing at Anisakhan Airport in Pyin Oo Lwin, outside of Mandalay. The passengers were returning from Naypyitaw, the capital.
