10 Shells Strike Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Plant, IAEA Demands

Attacks on the Russian occupied nuclear power plant in Zaporizhzhia have led International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi to call for an immediate inspection of the plant, reports CNN.

Ten artillery shells landed near the complex on Thursday, said Ukraine’s nuclear agency Energoatom.

Grossi said that his experts say there is no immediate nuclear threat. However, he said that this could change at any moment.
