10 Killed In Attacks On Security Buildings

A pair of coordinated attacks on Wednesday at the intelligence headquarters in Yemen's southern province of Abyan left at least 10 personnel dead and 13 others wounded, reports Xinhua, China's state-based news agency.

Gunmen targeted the neighboring buildings of the intelligence office and the general security camp in the city of Zinjubar, a provincial security official said.

The attackers were said to be armed with heavy machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades.
