The U.S. Navy and Marine Corps have begun an annual exercise with Brunei, reports the Navy NewsStand.
This year's Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) exercise in Brunei began on Monday and runs through Nov. 18.
The five days of shore and at-sea training is intended to bolster cooperation between the two navies and armed forces.
