At least 10 civilians have been killed in an airstrike on a market in Syria's northwestern Idlib province, reports the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (U.K.).
On Monday, regime jets struck the market in Maarrat al-Nu'man, 19 miles (30 km) south of the provincial capital, which is also named Idlib.
The death toll was expected to rise due to the number of critical injuries reported.
It was unclear what the strikes targeted. The area is covered under a September 2018 agreement...
