India—1 Killed In Attack In Kashmir

A terrorist attack has killed a member of the Kashmiri Pandit, a Hindu minority community, in central Kashmir, reports the Hindu. Two gunmen opened fire on a government office in Budgam, wounding a clerk, who died later in the hospital. The little-known Kashmir Tigers group later claimed responsibility for the killing, reported the Hindustan Times.
