A new study reveals that nearly 25 percent of potential enlistees for the U.S. Army are unable to pass the entrance exam, reports CNN.
High-school graduates do not have the reading, mathematics, science and problem-solving abilities required to pass the enlistment exam, said the Education Trust, which conducted the study.
