Aircraft Programs

The Bangladesh Air Force plans to field a 10-squadron fighter fleet from 2020 onward. The projected fighter force will, on paper at least, consist of six air defense squadrons, three multirole squadrons, and a maritime strike squadron. In order to meet its "Forces Goal 2030" plan, the Bangladesh Air Force is hoping to acquire a further 20-32 multirole fighters through 2030.
