Reports in August 2012 indicated that Togo had taken delivery of a CN-235 that was bought from Botswana and sold through a South African company. However, the deal apparently fell through. Air Forces Daily reported in August 2013 that the aircraft in question was registered to a Delaware-based company in the United States.
