The Swedish ASW-600 Elma anti-submarine grenade launcher is a close-range anti-submarine warfare (ASW) weapon designed to disable rather than to sink submarines in coastal waters. Its principal use is as a harassment weapon to force unidentified submarine targets to the surface.
