A Vietnamese Guide To Normalization

North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un disembarks from an armored train at the Dong Dang Station in northern Vietnam on Feb. 26. While Kim's visit to Hanoi is focused on denuclearization talks with U.S. President Donald Trump, Vietnam also provides a case study for how a former adversary  normalized relations with the United States. As North Korea pursues its  own normalization, the Vietnamese experience could provide a guide. All eyes will be on Hanoi in late February for the second summit...
