A U.N.-brokered truce in the Yemeni port city of Hodeidah is failing because it is too vague, says British charity Oxfam, as cited by Al Jazeera (Qatar).
The deal reached in December between representatives of the Houthis and the Saudi-led coalition does not stipulate the logistics of the withdrawal, said Oxfam's director in Yemen, who is based in Houthi-controlled Sanaa.
