U.S., Indian Officials To Work Together With Afghanistan

India has agreed to a three-way dialogue with Afghanistan and the United States that is designed to improve conditions in Afghanistan, reports the Hindustan Times.
The agreement is expected to enable a consultation process among the three nations to enhance Afghan governance and development, said Indian officials.
