A new round of talks between warring Libyan factions is beginning in Geneva, reports the U.N. News Service.
The U.N. Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) has announced it will hold planned talks on Wednesday as part of the effort to peacefully manage the rest of the transitional period.
The talks are aimed at securing arrangements to allow for "a total cessation of armed hostilities while also encouraging a phased withdrawal of all armed groups from all major towns and cities,"...
