Order Placed For GlobalEye Early Warning Aircraft

The Swedish defense materiel administration (FMV) has placed an order with Saab for new airborne early warning aircraft, reports Aviation International News.
On June 30, the FMV signed a US$710 million contract with Saab for two GlobalEyes, with options for two more.
Designated the S106 in Swedish service, the aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2027.
