Niger, France Warn Of Possible Terror Threat In Mali

French President Francois Hollande has warned of the dangers of terrorist groups establishing themselves in northern Mali, reports Radio France Internationale.

Hollande made his remarks after meeting in Paris with President Mahamadou Issoufou of Niger on Monday.

"There is outside intervention which is destabilizing Mali and creating groups whose vocation goes well beyond Mali, in Africa and perhaps beyond," Hollande said.
