The South Korean military has decided to develop an unmanned ground vehicle for reconnaissance operations inside the demilitarized zone (DMZ) along the border with North Korea, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
A government committee led by Defense Minister Han Min-koo approved the development plan, according to the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) in a statement on Wednesday.
