Russian security forces arrested a former Kyrgyz government official in Moscow on Sunday and then sent him overnight to Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Reuters reports.
Former Interior Minister Moldomusa Kongantiyev is now in a pre-trial detention center, according to a spokesman for Kyrgyzstan's interim government.
