The Russian government has just announced it is seizing two American diplomatic properties in Russia and ordered the U.S. to cut the number of its diplomatic staff, reports CNN.
The Foreign Ministry on Friday ordered the U.S. Embassy in Moscow and consulates in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Vladivostok to reduce their diplomatic and technical staff to 455 by Sept. 1. That is the same number Russia has in the U.S.
