The Lebanese army has confirmed the identities of the bodies of the Lebanese soldiers who were abducted by the Islamic State in 2014, reports the Daily Star (Lebanon).
ISIS captured the Lebanese soldiers in 2014 when they briefly took over the border town of Arsal. The group held an enclave of territory in the nearby Qalamoun border region until last week.
As part of an evacuation deal, ISIS agreed to show where they had buried the soldiers.
