Canberra Opts For Extenda As New Special Operations Vehicle

The Defense Materiel Organization in Australia has selected British company Supacat to provide a new armored vehicle for Australia's special operations forces, reports Defense News.

Supacat's Extenda vehicle was selected as the preferred bidder for the special operations vehicle element of the JP2097 Ph1B Redfin vehicle program, said company officials.

Melbourne-based Unique Solution Partners, a Supacat subsidiary, was awarded an initial contract for the project definition...
