The chief of Britain's MI5 domestic intelligence agency says that Al-Qaida has been using Middle Eastern revolutions to spread its influence and to create new bases, Reuters reports.
The so-called Arab Spring revolts last year in Tunisia, Libya, Yemen and Egypt are being used to give the group new areas in which to rebuild, said Gen. Jonathan Evans.
