A bomb killed three people on Wednesday and wounded 23 others in a mainly Shi'ite area of Baghdad, Reuters reports.
Insurgents killed a grocery store owner then planted explosives on the body, police said, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.
The attack bore the hallmark of Sunni Islamist insurgents such as Al-Qaida in Iraq, security officials said.
Around 125 people were killed Monday in coordinated gun and bomb attacks across the country.
