The Colombian navy (Armada de la Republica de Colombia, ARC) is the maritime and amphibious warfare arm of the Colombian military.

The service has four strategic objectives:

·         population and resource protection and territorial control.

·         countering drug-trafficking.

·         strategic deterrence.

·         maritime and riverine security.
