The Brazilian Defense Ministry says it has found no evidence of fraud in recent national elections, reports the Guardian (U.K.).
The 63-page report was delivered to Brazilian electoral authorities on Wednesday night, after several weeks of accusations of fraud made by supporters of President Jair Bolsonaro, who narrowly lost the vote in October.
Bolsonaro, a former army captain, had hinted at potentially refusing to accept an electoral loss, calling into question the reliability of the voting system.
Many of his supporters have called on the military to overturn the results of the election.
